Located in a lush garden setting in Kingston, Jamaica, and led by Sonita Abrahams, Afya offers a calming and nurturing space to experience Health and Harmony with the calming yet vital energy of Yoga and the strengthening and toning of Pilates!
Inspired by “Afya”, a Kiswahili name meaning "health and harmony", our studio is rooted in the balance of body, mind and spirit. Our well trained and certified instructors are happy to guide you along with regular practice to experience an increase in physical, mental and spiritual well-being and a deeper awareness of self.
